ارجو ترجمه التقرير

مرحبا اختي بنت النيل انا نزلت قبل تقرير وتفضلتي بترجمته بخصوص الغده النخاميه والان الطبيب اعاد لي اشعه الرنين المغناطيسي للمره الثانيه وارجو التفضل بترجمته وشاكره لش اختي العزيزه standard pre and post contrast images of the brain and pituitary fossa was performed and the images were compared with the previous dated 29 2005.? need for this early follow up . the brain parenchyma appears normal . the ventricles are normal in size and 3rd ventricles in midline . imaginng of the pituitary fossa shows no change since the previous examination .again a small bulge is seen on the right side with slightly deviated pituitary stalk but no convincing of microadenoma as such. conclusion no chang since the previous examination .
