As the Leasing Manager, you will form part of the management team and work closely in developing and monitoring the property management function. Key responsibilities are to negotiate and secure property management fees for new properties, analyse and assist in master leased contracts and liaise with third party brokers.
This position requires a UAE National with preference going to male candidates. You should hold a relevant Degree, combined with at least three years experience in a similar position. You will need to demonstrate a track record in sales / leasing and naturally be confident, outgoing and well presented. The portfolio is mixed-use residential, commercial and master planned communities.
