   Please be advised that we are expecting a technical breakdown in the DFM and the ADX markets during the coming period. This breakdown is expected to take the previous lows for most of the stocks and establish new lows. The indices outlook is negative for the time being and we recommend staying out of both markets without initiating any new long positions for the time being. Selling portions of positions on rallies would be advisable. Even selling small portions of positions at current price levels is advisable as well.

   We are actually expecting extreme negative news from the US market. Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae are going to be bailed out and nationalized during the coming period in an intervention from the Federal Reserve in its’ continuous attempt to contain the meltdown in the US financial system and the housing crisis. The US stock market is currently convinced that this is going to happen and the market there is reacting according to this. If this turned out to be true, this will create a huge shake and meltdown in the US market on the financial side and this will probably propagate throughout the world to shake our markets as well. Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae are the second and third largest mortgage firms in the US.

   Currently the US stock market is believed to be in a confirmed bear market. This bear market is yet to continue and the bottom is far from being reached.

   Please be very cautious as we are probably approaching a very volatile period of trading. It is advisable to instruct all our big accounts to keep a 30%-35% cash position at least during the coming period.

   ابق التوقع هذه الانهيارات ياتي الان تاكيد بان للمدى المتوسط تعتبر الاسعار الحالية جيدة حتى ولو حدث انخفاض بسيط المهم الاسعار للتجميع وتوقع ايضاً نقطة 2700 الى 2660 اقل نقطة يحققها السوق ولقد تبينت امور كثيرة منذ فترة بتوفر السيولة المالية لدى الدولة وتحقيق شركاتها ارباح جيدة والحمد الله

   We have received the below update :

   Previously we have sent an in-depth analysis for the DFM and the ADX markets when they were hovering around their 2007 bottoms. In the analysis, 2 scenarios were available, a bounce up scenario and a break below lows scenario. The market gave us the break below lows scenario at the beginning of October. Our Technical Outlook has changed a little bit.

   We are turning bullish medium term for all markets and we recommend heavy accumulation of all shares especially leaders in both markets.

   We expect that the maximum downside for the DFMGI lies between 2,660-2,700. However, the current viewed approach is to start accumulating and buying heavily from current levels. Full Capacity. Any dip is now seen as a medium term buying opportunity.

   لدي استفسار

   ما كنت أفهمه من إعلان الإفلاس أنه لا يعني إغلاق الشركة وإنما يعني وضعها تحت الحماية القضائية من الدائنين إلا أن تستطيع استعادة أنفاسها والقيام مرة أخرى أو الاستحواذ عليها من شركة أخرى،، فلماذا يغلق البنك إذاً أبوابه؟؟

   أخي الكريم، الشركة افلست و أمل انقاذها ضئيل. هذا ما قررته الحكومة الامريكية، اي التضحية بليمان بروذرز و الاهتمام بالبنوك الاخرى لاهميتها لذلك رأينا كيف تدخلت الحكومة الامريكية في انقاذ فريدي ماك و فاني ماي و بالامس انقذوا ميريل لينتش.

   نعم الان الشركة وضعت نفسها تحت المادة 11 من قوانين افلاس الشركات و هذه المادة تسمح للشركة بالعمل بعض الوقت و تعطيها حرية لبيع جزء من اصولها و لكن هل الخسائر التي تعرضت لها الشركة يمكن تغطيتها عن طريق بيع الاصول، هذا ما لا يمكن لاحد قياسه الان لانه من الصعب تقييم اصول في وقت لا يملك احد المال الكافي لشرائها. بالامس كانت الاخبار تتحدث عن شراء بنك امريكا لبنك ميرل لينش و بمبلغ يقل كثيراً عن قيمته الحالية و هذا ما يحصل الان، لا يوجد مشترين كثيرن في السوق، اي لا توجد سيولة و إذا كانت هناك سيولة فبأمكانك الحصول على اسعار مخفضة لمؤسسات مالية كبرى.

3. ان شاءالله ينهار الاقتصاد الامريكي.

   الظلم ظلمات عاثت هذه الدول فساداً وظلماً على البشر وتحكمت في قوتهم اليومي وها هيه شركاتهم تتساقط الواحدة تلو الاخرى
