    توجد وظيفه للمواطنات فقط في مستشفى حكومي في أبوظبي :

    الوظيفه : Medical Administrative Assistant
    مساعد اداري-طبي

    Responsibilities and skills
    · Managing the office of the CMO and DMA.
    · Making sure that patient, doctors, senior and professional members of the department have a good experience from the moment they step through the doors.
    · Proficient in communication technology. This includes, fax machines, telephones, mail services, internet searches and e-mail.
    · Familiar with patient records, medical reports, medical billing and coding and a knowledge of laboratory procedures.
    · Responsible for accepting the applications and processing them within duration.
    · Keeping the record of appointments and generating the report for submitting to the CMO and Director of Medical Affairs.
    · Routine reception, administrative and secretarial duties to assist senior and professional members of the department.
    · Process various forms ensuring that all the forms are accurate and complete.
    · Process incoming and outgoing mail.
    · Maintains supplies; maintains and stocks office forms.
    · Responding to the queries of the executives and assisting our Legal Advisor.
    · Special skills such as claims management, medical records filing procedures, knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, appointment scheduling and compliance with HAAD and SEHA regulations.
    · Assisting the CMO and the DMA in meeting arrangements, scheduling and organizational tasks.
    · Prepare correspondence and legal papers such as summonses, complaints, motions, responses under the supervision of the Legal Advisor.
    · Assist the CMO and the DMA with reports, speeches, articles, and conference proceedings.
    · Exceptionally good demonstration skills and communication skills both verbally and written.
    · Great ability of customer service and interpersonal skills.
    · Maintaining the data of the office on the computer and keep the records, billing, transactions, books, journals, correspondences etc.
    · In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, insurance and federal and local (Abu Dhabi) laws.
    · Proficient in computer office package, MS word, MS access, MS excel, MS outlook.
    · Great ability to analyze a problem and identify the solution.
    · Great speed of typing.
    · Very patient and solves all the queries and complaints on phone.
    · Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with the great ability of organizational and demonstration skills.
    · Arabic and English proficiency (speak, read, and write).
    · Other general duties assigned by the CMO and the DMA.
