    Job Description :
    Our Client is looking for a Personal Assistant to join the Family Office, in order to provide all round support to the Principals. This is a varied and different role, which will require an experienced and well adjusted Personal Assistant. Day to day duties will include: Developing and managing the operations of one or more properties. Staff Management together with recruitment, contracts and training of new staff. Asset Management including vehicles and antiques. Diary Management for the family including travel, personal appointments and events. To assist with all administrative tasks for the day-to-day smooth running of the Principals’ office. To act as the Principals’ representative, communicating with colleagues and business associates on their behalf. To work alongside other members of the Family Office to ensure the smooth running of the Principals’ day-to-day lives. To assist with personal shopping, research, orders, subscriptions, memberships and errands. To be willing to undertake any ad hoc tasks. To travel as and when required. As the perfect applicant you must be Western Educated to Degree level having passed with a minimum of a 2:1. You must also be absolutely immaculately presented, as you will be an ambassador for not only the Prinipal, but for the Family name. Only flexible and hard working applicants with previous experience need apply.

    طبيعة العمل .. يعني هل في دورات تدريبيه او فترة اختبار لان البعض متخرج صارله سنه وشي يعني نعرف الاساسيات بس مب متذكرين اغلب الاشياء ..
