PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE DIRECTOR (UAE National) – AED 30,000 – AED 40,000 Per Month, Abu Dhabi. Our client is a newly established Government organisation. They are currently establishing their offices and require an outstanding bilingual UAE National PA for the Director of Administration. This position has a lot of responsibilities and some of your duties will include complex diary management and travel arrangements, minutes taking, preparing PowerPoint presentations, handling all correspondence for the Director in both Arabic and English and general organisation of their daily routine. This role is a very important position within the company, as you will assist in the smooth running of the daily operations. To be considered for this role, you must be a UAE National who is fluent in both Arabic and English.You must have had previous administration experience as a PA and with strong computer skills. A Degree is preferred with effective people management and communication skills. Excellent salary and benefits will be provided to the right candidate.
