EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (Arabic Speaking). AED 20,000 Plus Benefits Dubai. Are you a top quality Arabic speaking Executive Assistant who thrives from being involved in different areas of a company? Can you complement a lively and energetic team? Our client is looking for only the best Executive Assistant to join their President. Candidates from a banking or financial background will be given preference. You will support the President in the preparation of reports, proposals and budgets and therefore have excellent numeracy skills. The President wants someone to reflect his work attitude and be energetic, efficient, who uses his / her initiative, be proactive and who can handle a highly pressurised environment. You must have experience of office management like vendor negotiation, facilities, reporting and general management of his office. You must be confident, mature, intelligent, efficient and approachable. You must have a corporate image and attitude. You will be challenged in this role, but the rewards are priceless!
