HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (UAE National) – AED 50,000 – 70,000 Per Month. Al Ain Our client is seeking an Emirati HR Manager to join their start-up team in Al Ain. This is a highly reputable government organisation which is undergoing a restructure and developing into other fields, hence the need for an HR Manager to help establish this new company. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the HR division within their new subsidiary companies. Some of these responsibilities will be implementing the full recruitment process, training new staff, creating new policies and procedures, completing staff evaluations and employee relations. To be considered for this position, you must be a UAE National and have a minimum five years HR generalist experience, two years at managerial level preferably within a multinational company. You are required to have a Degree or relevant HR qualifications. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are vital for this role.
