Our client, a government telecommunication related organization in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a UAE National Call Centre Representative.
The job entails:
– Respond immediately to customer enquiries.
– Record, acknowledge and follow up customer inquiries.
– Record and acknowledge customer quotation requests, in coordination with the company’s local policy.
– Resolve differences between deliverables and customer orders.
– Manage customer feedback Actively promote customer awareness.
– Establish and maintain communications with all other departments in order to provide information to and from the customers and to ensure that customer needs are understood and met.
– Continuously improve work flows and inefficiencies to better serve the customer by using the company tools.
