Our client is a leading government organisation within Abu Dhabi. They are undergoing restructuring within their company and are seeking outstanding UAE Nationals to join their team in a variety of departments including their call centre.
As a Call Centre Officer, you will be responsible for all the call centre services with ADSIC (Abu Dhabi Systems and Information Committee) and the call centre management. You will manage the call centre staff and all the services once the centre is set up and assist with the decision making and procedure implementation to help integrate the organisation’s call centre with the government call centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for career progression within the government and to be considered for this position, you must be a UAE National with excellent English and Arabic skills together with a Bachelor’s Degree in administration or equivalent, and approximately five years customer service experience.
