One of the UAE’s most established real estate organisations is actively seeking a HR and Administrative Director to join their ever expanding organisation. The client is ideally seeking a UAE National who has worked in a similar capacity at senior level.
Candidates who would have had a lot of contact with COO’s or PRO’s will be considered as the role will incorporate similar duties. The position will be a combination of HR oversight, and other admin / process related functions; so a varying and challenging position awaits.
Candidates with a proven track record in HR, with process driven attitudes will go far; this is a challenging role that will involve interaction with numerous departments; no day will be the same. The role will also be progressive with potential to grow and develop.
