    Our client is a government organisation based in Abu Dhabi who is currently seeking a General Services Manager to join their growing team.

    As a General Services Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a detailed General Services Plan for the circuit including landscaping, cleaning and catering. You will develop and implement event specific General Services Plan conducting a thorough tender process for all General Services and develop and manage service level agreements for soft facility management services.

    The successful Emirati candidate must hold a degree in MEP, Facility Manager or similar discipline. You will have at least 10 years experience as a senior property/asset management professional and UAE experience is a must. Experience in 5 star hotels would be beneficial. You will have a thorough knowledge of asset/facilities management issues, policies, and procedures. You will have a strong ability to troubleshoot problems, seek creative solutions and manage effectively. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate and persuade.
