TEAM ASSISTANT – INVESTMENTS, AED 15,000 – AED 16,000 Per Month, Dubai. An urgent requirement has arisen for a professional and experienced individual with investments experience to join our client based in Dubai. Reporting to the Managing Director of the company and other Senior Executives, you will be responsible for extensive travel planning and diary management, answering telephones, processing of expenses, project research, producing presentations and general administration duties. Our client needs someone who will hit the ground running so we will only consider candidates with a minimum of one year experience in an investment firm as an Executive, Personal or Team Assistant. You must be fluent in English, both verbal and written. Arabic language skills would be preferred but are not essential. Flexibility regarding your working hours is required as this is a very busy and fast-paced role. Due to time constraints, we require you to be immediately available and you must reside within the UAE.
