ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR – AED 10,000 to AED 12,000 + Benefits, DUBAI FESTIVAL CITY – Today’s travel industry is seeing rapid growth, high customer expectations, fierce competition and pressure on margins. In this market driven by new technologies and new business modules, our client is a leading provider of IT solutions to the tourism and travel industry, delivering a wider range of superior technology to create effective commercial environments, ensuring their clients are more efficient and have that competitive advantage. Their Regional Office is located in the prestigious Festival City area and reports to the Head Office in Spain. The role of Administration Coordinator reports to the Senior Manager – Human Resources and incorporates managing the reception area and the day-to-day activities of the office. Responsibilities will include:• Greeting all visitors• Managing the switchboard• Receiving and distributing mails• Travel coordination for all employees• Providing administrative support to all employees• Managing the supplies of the office and forming new supplier relationshipsTo be considered for the role, candidates must possess excellent communication skills in English and Arabic and fluency in French and/or Spanish would be advantageous. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to “think out of the box” must be demonstrated coupled with a high degree of computer literacy. Candidates must possess at least two years local experience in a similar role. This is a small office with a very strong, team work ethics and candidates should be comfortable working in a smaller office environment.
