With a reporting line to the Director of this division, this role will have responsibility for supporting the analysis of potential investment opportunities, whilst preparing business plans and appraisals. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake and conduct financial analysis, valuations of companies and the required due diligence. The role will also extend to executing business planning and establishing budget processes across the required areas of transactional activity. The client will envisage hiring an individual with exposure to valuation and transactional services, with an understanding of financial modelling and business case development. The nature of the role will also require a people manager and a strong communicator who can present and convey ideas and proposals across the business units. PRINCIPAL ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL

Reporting to the Area Engineering Manager, the main purpose of this role is to provide technical expertise to conceive and develop engineering solutions, effectively plan and manage implementation of all electrical system related to engineering projects. You will be responsible for maintaining contact with the operation and maintenance departments to forecast plant improvement related to electrical systems and work with a team of engineers to identify customer needs and provide solutions. In addition, you will be involved in the preparation of PDR, detailed engineering work and tender technical evaluations. To qualify for this role, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, with 10 -15 years of experience from an industrial/project background.
