1. As you said prices were not affected much like other emirates, even with all the crises passed through the region, so the question is what exactly will make prices fall after summer??
   I believe prices are not going to fall more specially with project are being delivered or will be delivered soon.
   Maybe it is not the best time, but we all agree it is an excellent time to buy, and for both investors and end users.

2. i was thinking to buy 5BR in al reef Villa but friends advice to wait after summer ? prices will fall specially abu dhabi properties prices not effected much like other emirates? what your advice??
