شركه كان يدور حولها ما يدور من ان ارباحها ليست تشغيليه … ولكن هذه الارباح ليومنا هذا وحسب تصريحات الشركه قد تتجاوز المليار ومكرر ارباحها من الأقل ان لم يكن هو الأقل في السوق (9)
فلماذا السهم منبوذ ! هل في شيء انا ما أعرفه عن دبي للاستثمار ؟

    في سنة 2005 ارباح الشركة من الاستثمار في سوق الاسهم : AED 41.1 million
    في سنة 2006 خسائر الشركة من الاستثمار في سوق الاسهم: AED 33.7 million

Although DI has diversified its investments across different sectors, thereby hedging itself against downturns in any of its businesses, the company’s growth is highly dependent on its investments in the real estate sector and the stock market performance. However, DIC appears to be well placed to ride the ongoing sharp activity in the real estate market. Besides, the company’s year-to-date gain from real estate investments has risen by a whopping 4-fold to AED 554.2 million as against AED 93 million for the nine-months ended Sept. 2005.
    DI’s performance in investments has suffered, due to the recent downturn in the stock markets. The company saw an AED 33.7 million loss in its year-to-date fair value of investments as compared to an AED 41.1 million gain for the same period, a year ago. Nevertheless, DI’s wealth is expected to improve as the markets recover.The company’s sustained effort to further diversify its business portfolio coupled with the easing of valuations in line with the recent fall in the stock price encourages us to remain optimistic about its future potential. A loss of over 45% since the beginning of 2006 makes the stock attractive as of now.
