   Dear Sirs/Madam,

   In behalf of (Leave it to Rust, UAE Campaign), I forword Best Regards from all of the people who really loves TOYOTA cars for many years now, and we strongly believe that the higher management of TOYOTA will pay real attention to our letter, and expect a very serious and realible responds from them.

   The campaign was started in the begining of 2009, to stop buying Toyota cars from UAE dealer (Al Futaim), and that was because of the abused monopoly by our dealer and aggravation of exploitation, to make it short and simple to explain, below the list of points we have faced:

   1- Lack of services workshop around the UAE wich lead to crowded and long time services.
   2- Lack of experts in the work shops, incorrect parts replacement.
   3- New selling method, is to book the car at least 1 month earlier, and some salesmen abused that to sale the cars to their friends, and then the friends sell the cars to others by increasing the prices un-logicaly.
   4- The dealer sell the car to a retailers, and then they increase the prices.
   5- Point 4 & 5, mostly was in Land Cruiser, FJ and Lexus.
   6- The original Dealer price is not exceptable, comparing to some neigbour countries, and comparing to U.S. cars if we compare the features of U.S. imported Toyota cars.

   Now a days most of people now whats going on around the world (Economic Crisis) but the dealer still dont’ understand that, and is still enjoying FOOLING Toyota lovers, as they dont know whats going on. The dealer here spoiled TOYOTA reputation by doing such of things wich shows how gready they are, otherwise the Owner doesn’t know whats going on in his company.

   Toyota has built their reputation for many years now, but it seems that in much less than these years the reputation will be spoiled.

   We hope you can understand our situation of what we face, and believe to have a real convincing reply from your esteemd company, as the CAMAPAIGN is waiting for it.

   UAE Toyota dealer has to reconsider his strategies, and pay more tention to the consumers. review prices and expands workshops around the UAE. and Mostly RESPECTS. as we dont face the same from UAE NISSAN dealer or OMAN TOYOTA DEALER. Doesn’t that sounds STRANGE???

   Please forward this Massege to the Heads and CEOs of Toyota everywhere specialy JAPAN, and be sure this letter is published in the Campaign Forume, and the reply will do so, if we revceive an expected reply.
