    unfortunately not, thats if they resume tamweel shares back to the market again. what i think will happen is they will merge tamweel into dubai islamic bank and the bank will by the minority of the shares and own the company tamweel 100%. and since tamweels book value is very close to dubai islamis bank then i expect that they will change or transfers tamweels shares into dib’s shares for us. so for example if you had 100 shares of tamweel they could or probably could be replaces by 50 shares of dib….don’t you think that makes more sense for tamweel and it wont cost them any money to do this step.

    رئيس شركة “تمويل”: الشركة ستتقدم بطلب آخر لإعادة تداولها بعد زيادة حصة دبي الإسلامي فيها

    قال الشيخ خالد آل نهيان رئيس مجلس إدارة تمويل : إن زيادة حصة بنك دبي الإسلامي في شركة تمويل يعكس رغبة البنك في زيادة نشاطه بالتمويل العقاري، حيث نتوقع أن تعاود الشركة نشاطها ونحن بانتظار تعافي السوق العقاري بشكل جيد، حيث جاءت زيادة حصة البنك بعد دراسات شاملة.

    ونفى الشيخ خالد في مقابلة للعربية على هامش سيتي سكيب دبي، أن تكون هناك نية أو دراسة لشراء حصص صغار المساهمين في الشركة أو تحويل الشركة إلى مساهمة خاصة.

    وقال أيضا إن الشركة ستعاود الطلب مرة أخرى من الجهات المسؤولة والرقابية لإعادة تداول أسهمها في سوق دبي المالي بعد توقف دام قرابة سنتين، وإن زيادة حصة بنك دبي الإسلامي في تمويل يجعل من فكرة الدمج بين شركة أملاك وتمويل فكرة غير ممكنة أو غير واردة حاليا على الأقل.

    وكانت حكومة دبي قد وافقت نهاية الشهر الماضي لبنك دبي الإسلامي على زيادة حصته في تمويل من 21% إلى 57.3 %.
