   Job Description
   Delivery to Government Organisation of integrated solutions for population identification (Id documents such as ID-Card, residency card, voting card, social card, etc) for travel documents such as passport of visa for population register encompassing biometric technologies such as (fingerprint, facial or iris).

   Support to the Area Manager during the pre-sale activity (elaboration of white papers, financial proposal and customer presentations)

   Responsibility of the submitted proposal and in particular as regard to the answer to tender issued by the customer in:
    Close coordination with the commercial area manager and the relevant Product Manager.
    Strategic orientation of the offer (Prime Contractor vs Subcontractor, target budget, guidelines for the technical solution, make or buy analysis, choice of strategic partners / subcontractors if any).
    Validation of technical proposal
    Elaboration of the commercial proposal
    Support during the decision making process (oral presentation, demo, Q&A session)
    Contract negotiation in coordination with the relevant department (legal, financial, …).

   Full responsibility of the implementation of the signed contract respecting SAGEM interests (Turnover, cash flow, margin) and the client ones (satisfaction, performances, schedule).
    Direct interface with the client representative.
    Implementation follow-up in relation with the technical teams (including warranty and maintenance) in terms of functionalities, performance, schedule and cost in the respect of the SAGEM DS quality policy.
    Management of the potential partners and strategic suppliers.
    Responsibility for preparing, negotiating and implementing possible variation orders during the contract implementation.

   Industry: Computer/Hardware
   Job Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
   Skills: – Minimum 10 years of experience
   – Arabic and English fluent mandatory, French will be a plus.
   – Knowledge of technologies in one or more of the following fields would be a plus:
   – Biometry, PKI and cryptography, complex IT systems, network.
   – Organisation, exactness, self control
