Job Description
To be able to work in shifts and perform under tight timelines and pressure situations. Following are some detailed requirements of this role: Proactively manage networks for efficient performance Quickly respond, troubleshoot and implement resolutions for system issues. Tactfully and courteously interface with internal & external work partners & with on-site teams in order to build strong business relationships Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications during work interactions. Collect, summarize, and chronologically document technical information Effectively work on system events using tools including Avaya / Nortel PBX, , Should be able to use the systems to generate the required reports. Should be able to escalate the problems in case of SLA breach and stores operational issues. Should be able to manage and develop the restaurant support team. Need to manage system back ups, troubleshoot systems’ failures acting as the first line of support. Resolve system bugs and extend functionality by applying patches, fixes and upgrades.

Experience Required (Description): Candidate must be a graduate / diploma holder with the following technical skills: Sound PC environment knowledge, MS Windows OS, Word, Excel, Power point. Knowledge of Internet Protocols & Networking concepts. Experienced on LAN / WAN management. Knowledge of RF technology & wireless communications is a plus. Knowledge on any of the trouble ticketing system is a plus. Previous field experience of Networking or on technical helpdesk shall be a plus. Soft skills: Good Communication skills. Strong listening skills with good writing and verbal skills. Arabic speaking with excellent command of English. Should be able to work pro-actively and have self-initiating skills Should be a team player. Good analytical skills. Should be able to adapt as per the changing work requirements and technologies. Should have willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards work.

HSBC Bank Middle East would like to invite young UAE Nationals to visit the bank and register to Trainee Officer & Trainee Associate positions which will start in June & July 2007.
Selected canadiates will undergo an intial training period and will take up permenent positions following successful completion of the training which will last for 6 to 8 weeks.
Working hours in the bank are 8 am to 4 pm 5 days a week
and the salary offered is AED 5500-6500 per month during training
and AED 6500-7500 per month after training.
To apply you must have a minimum of the following requirements”
1. High School graduates(work experince is an advantage)
2.Diploma holders without ecperince
3. Good communication, computer and English language skills
4. Be based in Dubai or Sharjah as the group will be trained and employed in Dubai only
