Job Description
Delivery to Government Organisation of integrated solutions for population identification (Id documents such as ID-Card, residency card, voting card, social card, etc) for travel documents such as passport of visa for population register encompassing biometric technologies such as (fingerprint, facial or iris).
Support to the Area Manager during the pre-sale activity (elaboration of white papers, financial proposal and customer presentations)
Responsibility of the submitted proposal and in particular as regard to the answer to tender issued by the customer in:
Close coordination with the commercial area manager and the relevant Product Manager.
Strategic orientation of the offer (Prime Contractor vs Subcontractor, target budget, guidelines for the technical solution, make or buy analysis, choice of strategic partners / subcontractors if any).
Validation of technical proposal
Elaboration of the commercial proposal
Support during the decision making process (oral presentation, demo, Q&A session)
Contract negotiation in coordination with the relevant department (legal, financial, …).
