With a reporting line to the Director of this division, this role will have responsibility for supporting the analysis of potential investment opportunities, whilst preparing business plans and appraisals. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake and conduct financial analysis, valuations of companies and the required due diligence. The role will also extend to executing business planning and establishing budget processes across the required areas of transactional activity. The client will envisage hiring an individual with exposure to valuation and transactional services, with an understanding of financial modelling and business case development. The nature of the role will also require a people manager and a strong communicator who can present and convey ideas and proposals across the business units.
