1.<\/font><\/font> <\/font>Responsible for the provision of good quality, nutritional, well balanced, well presented meals to patients at the set times for breakfast, lunch, dinner or at other times as required.<\/font><\/font>
2.<\/font><\/font> <\/font>Responsible for the provision and presentation of good quality, appetising food to the staff dining room at coffee break, lunch, tea, dinner \/ night meal or at other times as required.<\/font><\/font>
3.<\/font><\/font> <\/font>Arrange for provision of foodstuff, both in the Hospital.<\/font><\/font>
4.<\/font><\/font> <\/font>Responsible for maintenance of all records pertaining to purchasing and sale of foodstuff, stock records and budgetary control, etc.<\/font><\/font>
5.<\/font><\/font> <\/font>Ensure the kitchen, all equipment and all Catering outlets are maintained in good working order, clean and pest free.<\/font><\/font>
6.<\/font><\/font> <\/font>Responsible for all new and existing staff training.<\/font><\/font>
7.<\/font><\/font> <\/font>Organise and supervise functions held in the Hospital as occur from time to time, with regard to food and beverages.<\/font><\/font>
8.<\/font><\/font> <\/font>Advise on and implement any improvements and advancements to be made in relation to the service provided \/ equipment required.<\/font><\/font>
9.<\/font><\/font> <\/font>Provide necessary information as may be required in regard to competitive tenders for the supply of food stuffs and catering associated consumables.<\/font><\/font>
10.<\/font><\/font> <\/font>Any other duties as required to ensure smooth running of the department or as required by the Senior Operations Manager.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n
