The 8-storey building is located between The Greens<br \/>\ncommunity shopping centre and the Golf Towers next to the Emirates<br \/>\nGolf Club.<br \/>\nConstruction for the development has already begun and will be<br \/>\ncompleted by end 2006. The building also has a commercial<br \/>\ncomponent \u2013 the existing supermarket, 10 retail outlets and five<br \/>\ncasual dining outlets.<br \/>\nAs part of a novel experiment, Emaar announced that units in Una<br \/>\nRiverside Residence will be restricted to e-customers only, i.e. those<br \/>\nwho have registered online on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.una-emaar.com\/\">www.una-emaar.com<\/a> website<br \/>\nsince the onset of the advertising campaign on Monday.<br \/>\n2<br \/>\n\u201cA number of applicants were randomly selected from the online<br \/>\nregistration list. Ernst &amp; Young adjudicated the selection process.<br \/>\nThese applicants have already received invitations by email to be<br \/>\npresent at the Una Riverside Residence sales office tomorrow<br \/>\n(Thursday, December 23),\u201d said Naaman Atallah, Director of Sales,<br \/>\nEmaar Properties.<br \/>\n\u201cWe knew the experiment with this project would succeed because<br \/>\nyoung professionals are highly IT savvy, prefer to deal online for their<br \/>\nrequirements and are more than happy to be in a distinctive<br \/>\nresidential development close to their place of work in the Dubai<br \/>\nInternet and Media cities, and five-star hotels.<br \/>\n\u201cThe e-invitation is valid only for tomorrow\u2019s launch and invitees must<br \/>\nuse invitations before 6:00pm. Any purchase of a Una Riverside<br \/>\nResidence apartment will only be validated in the name of the original<br \/>\napplicant, ,\u201d Atallah added.<br \/>\nApartment features at Una Riverside Residence include high speed<br \/>\nvisual technology for internet, television and communications, tiled<br \/>\nfloor finishes, stone countertops and designer cabinetry, built-in<br \/>\nkitchen appliances.
