3. Give us a break, IF USA, Japan and Europ is supporting thier financial markets by bumbing billions of dollars as a support and you are tellling us let the market correct it’s self

   I think the governments in the gulf region are in very bad shape. For these reasons:

   1. Most of the money that they got form the high oil prices were not invested locally as all of us know.
   2. They have invested heavily in Europe and the US and all these investments are lost!
   3. Even if they have the money they will need to cover there positions in these markets
   4. Don’t forget that most of the companies are also partially owned by the government like Emaar for example. Therefore they are very keen on raising the prices!

   In the following few months you will see and hear some bad news about banks and investment funds for sure. The losses are in billions but no one wants to talk about it. Ta3teem i3lami! this will only delay the problems and will not resolve it. This will also trigger some crashes in the real estate market cause there is no liquidity in the market (I.e people cannot mortgage there houses) and even if they want the interest rates are going to be very high. Interest rates will also affect current mortgages, that is why some people might drop it and just leave the houses to the bank. Exactly the same as what happened in the US except that house prices are way over exaggerated. It is a spiral down trend on all fronts!

   I wish all this never happens cause I am an investor in the finacial markets and I already took a very big hit!:]
